A Poem

A Joyful Heart

Thank the Lord for little things

For they can surely grow

Into the greatest treasures

That you may ever know.

Don't covet worldly riches

That may not be for you,

Nor overlook the special gifts

That God has given you.

Let "giving" outweigh "getting"

On your scale of happiness,

And your joyful heart will bask

In the glow of Godliness.
